Fun fact:
The name Marquita has Spanish origins and is derived from Marquis (or Marqués in Spanish), which refers to nobility. It can be interpreted as "little noble one" or "young noblewoman."
It carries connotations of strength, elegance, and leadership. Depending on cultural influences, it can also symbolize someone who is independent, ambitious, and confident—which fits perfectly for someone in real estate and business!
Maybe that’s why I’ve always been so passionate about helping people reach their goals. I’ve been in real estate since 2017 and started my career while active duty Army.
To me, real estate isn’t about the singular transaction. It’s about helping your family build generational wealth which means I’m in it for the long haul with you and focused on your long-term wealth-building strategy through real estate.
